Free Pattern ~ Romper ~ Play-Suit~ DIY

I have in the past experimented with recycling or up-cycling clothes, its a cheap source of fabric and good for the environment??

I found this great free pattern here from Mood Fabrics!

It is really easy so follow. Simply print it out and tape all the pieces together!


This pattern is about a UK 8-10 short.

I am 5'8" and rompers/play-suits are usually too short on the torso for me so I cut the pattern at the hip and added 2" to the torso length.

I used an old scarf as my fabric and simply folded it and cut the fabric pieces.

I used a lace trim to add length/ modesty!

I also added a zip at the front as my fabric was not stretchy like that suggested in the pattern but I think it worked out well!
